Craving for a perfect cup of hot chocolate? Follow these instructions:
Pour 3/4 cup (175 ml) of your preferred milk into a saucepan.
This can be cow's milk or a plant-based alternative.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons (35g) of chocolate powder.
If you prefer using a scale, that's 35g.
Gently heat the mixture until it begins to simmer.
Be careful not to let it boil.
Using a whisk, vigorously mix to fully incorporate the chocolate into the milk,
aiming for a smooth and creamy texture.
Once the hot chocolate is well mixed,
Remove it from heat. Pour it into your favorite cup,
Take a moment to enjoy the aromas,
savor each sip!
